1) Open up Photoshop and create a new document 400px by 150px

2) Find a picture of a sexy model. For this tutorial I am using the following picture:



3) Open up your image in Photoshop and drag it onto your blank document. Go to Edit >> Transform >> Scale and resize it so that it fits in nicely.

4) Align your image towards the right hand side.

5) Press Ctrl + A to select everything. Now creatd a new layer and call it bg

6) Using the gradient tool fill in the selected area with a gradient of your choice. Once done drag your bg layer beneath the sexy picture.



7) As you can see above there is a white background behind the picture. Select the Magic Wand tool from the tools panel. At the top of your screen set the Tolerance to around 50. Click on your pictures layer and then click on the white background. Press delete on your keyboard. Do this on all the white background until it is all gone.



8) It still may look a bit rough around the edges but dont worry we will sort that now. Right click on your images layer and go to Blending Options. Select Outer Glow on the left hand side and give it the following settings:



9) You may need to drag your image down slightly now to hide the glow line at the bottom.

12) Thats the image sorted. Now for the background. Select the Eliptical Marquee tool andselect a circular (well rounded) portion of just over half your document. Then create a lew layer and call it cover



13) Use the Paint bucket tool and fill in the selected area with white. Then on the Layers window (Window >> Layers) set the layers opacity to 8%.

14) Go to Filter >> Blur >> Radial Blur and set the following options.



15) Click ok. You should then have the following:
